Terms

Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Corva website or service, made by Tiruvi. By creating an account or using Corva you agree to them. If you use Corva for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

The service

Corva is an AI front office for businesses: an assistant that answers website chat, calls and messages, plus customer and team management. We may improve, change or retire features, and will tell account holders in advance of a change that removes something they rely on.

Accounts and teams

  • Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.
  • Owners and admins decide who in a workspace can see what. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Corva to break the law, or to send spam, scams or misleading messages;
  • contact people without a lawful basis, or ignore their request to stop;
  • probe, overload or try to get around the limits and security of the service, or access another workspace’s data;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the service except as the law allows.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will explain why where we can.

The AI assistant

The assistant’s replies are generated by AI and can be wrong. You are responsible for the information, prices and offers you give it and for reviewing how it represents your business; a person on your team can step in on any conversation. Tell your own customers when they are talking to an AI, where the law or good practice requires it.

Plans and payment

Every business starts with a free pilot. Current plans, limits and prices are shown on the pricing section of the home page; prices exclude GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. Unless a plan says otherwise, you can stop paying at any time and the plan ends at the end of the period you have paid for.

Payments you take through Corva

A business can send its customers payment links from Corva. With its own payment account (Razorpay connected in Orbo, or its own payment system), the money goes straight to the business. Where Corva collects for a business that has none, Razorpay processes the payment, Corva pays the amount out to the business less the fee agreed with it, and the payout reference is shown in the app. Either way the business is the seller: it sets its prices, issues its own invoices and decides refunds to its customers under its own policy.

Your data

Your conversations, customer records and content stay yours. You allow us to process them to provide the service, as our Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for having the right to give us the data you put in, including your customers’ details.

Processing your customers’ data for you

For your customers’ and team’s personal data you are the data fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and Tiruvi processes it for you. These terms are our contract for that. Tiruvi:

  • processes it only to provide Corva as you set it up, and on your instructions;
  • keeps it confidential, limits access to people who need it, and protects it with the safeguards in our Privacy Policy;
  • uses only the service providers named there, each bound to the same care, and tells you before adding one;
  • tells you without delay, with what we know, if a breach affects it, so you can tell your customers and the Data Protection Board;
  • gives you the tools to answer your customers: see, export, correct and erase a customer, and close the workspace;
  • keeps logs of processing for at least a year, as the rules require, and deletes the rest when you close the workspace.

You are responsible for telling your customers what you collect and why, and for having a lawful basis for it.

Our work

Corva, its name, design and software belong to Tiruvi. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your business while these terms apply.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Corva running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Tiruvi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending and changes

You may stop at any time. An Owner closes the workspace in Settings, under Data & trust: it is deleted at once, with its customers, conversations and team, so export what you need first. Any person can delete their own login under Your account. A paid month already started is not refunded except as the Refund Policy says. We may change these terms; for a material change we will give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use Corva afterwards means you accept it.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law where you live says otherwise. Questions about these terms: write to us through the contact form.
